Hiking Vallecitos
Far from Aconcagua mass tourism, Vallecito’s hikes are the most attractive ones of Mendoza, all year round.
PROGRAM
The adventure begins from the north east to Rio Blanco’s valley; then the trekkers will reach a crystalline brook to finish at the “Student’s Ravine”. They will climb up the ravine to pass Lomas Blancas Arenales (3.400m/11.154ft). From there they will continue on the edge to reach the summit (3.500m/11.483ft) if time permits, where they will appreciate a stunning view of “Cordon del Plata and Potrerillos Lake.
• 08:30AM – departure
• 10:30AM – Briefing and equipment
• 11:15AM – Hike to Cerro Andresito, then Arenales or Lomas Blancas
• 1:30PM – Picnic on the Andes
• 2PM – Descent
• 6PM – Drop off Mendoza Center hotels
INCLUDED
• Transfers IN/OUT Mendoza downtown or Chacras de Coria/Vistalba
• Authorized vehicle by Tourism Ministry
• Professional driver
• Official High mountain guide, English speaking

RECOMMENDED
Long pants + trekking shoes (mandatory), coats and/or wind break, small backpack, sunscreen, hat and sun glasses. In winter, also gloves and scarf.
