PROGRAM
What about enjoying a day with a real certified Sommelier, visiting our best winemaker friends welcoming your clients in an intimate atmosphere, tasting the most amazing wines, old vintages, single vineyards and terroir driven tastings. Gourmet lunch with the winery owner/vigneron prepared by the famous Pablo del Rio (7 cocinas, Zampa) who come just for us to cook a delicious and local meal, with fresh products. Only small handcraft wineries making extremely allocated high quality wines.
• 8:45AM – departure
• 09:30AM – Finca La Anita, VIP tasting by Soledad Vargas, first winemaker
• 11:30AM – Domaine Saint Diego, all wine tasting, tour of the vineyard in terrasse by Laura Mendoza
• 1:30PM – Ver Sacrum full tasting of icon wines, visit of La Cayetana 1865 and lunch by Chef Pablo del Rio, with Eduardo Soler, winemaker/owner
• 5PM – Drop off Mendoza downtown hotels

Smart/Casual. In this tour we have to walk into vineyards so we highly recommend hat and sunscreen.
