Punta Tombo Tour

In the morning we depart towards Punta Tombo, the amazing Magellanic penguin rookery (Spheniscus Magellanicus). After a 90-minute trip on the Patagonian routes, we arrive at the reserve. We spend no less than 2:30 hours at Punta Tombo visiting not just the penguin rookery, but also the fascinating Visitor Centre. Lunch is not included in the tour, and we can use the available premises. There is a Café-Restaurant, toilets and trails for the interpretation of the Patagonia winds.

National Park Tickets not included, to be paid in destination.

Important: An eventual stop at Trelew Airport is contemplated on the way to / from Punta Tombo, in order to pick up / leave passengers.

Season: Operable from mid-September to mid-April.

Main Attractives: Provincial Reserve of penguins, terrestrial fauna.

Estimated Time: 8 hs.

Departure Schedule: Between 07:30 and 09:00 hs.

Route: 400 km approximately (350 km by asphalt and 50 km by gravel).
