Kayak between Glaciers

Experience the world’s famous UNESCO nature site, the stunning Perito Moreno Glacier, from your kayak, and get a unique perspective of this highlight.

Experience:

You will be welcomed at the Operations Dome, where you will get dressed, wearing best-in-class gear and the guides will go through an in-depth safety briefing. You do not have to worry if you do not have previous experience kayaking, as you are in safe hands. The kayak experts will explain how to paddle among these amazing glacier waters. Once prepared and briefed you and the group will depart with your kayak from Los Tempanos beach. Then paddle down towards the glacier and stop for a postcard picture moment while learning more about this fascinating place.

Timing: 

• pick up starting at 8 am from El Calafate and drop off around 6 pm

• Maximum capacity: 20 pax.
• Kayaking time: 2 hours (it might vary depending on the weather conditions).
• Minimum age required: 14 years old. People between 14 and 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents or legal tutor.
• Cancelation policy: Tour guides may cancel the activity if the weather conditions are considered inadequate.
• Difficulty: Average.
• No previous kayaking experience needed.
• Equipment included: waterproof dry suit, thermal suit, boots, life jackets.
• Entrance fee to Los Glaciares National Park excluded. Clients are required to bring cash to pay it at the Entrance of the National Park
